Hooded Dog Raincoat with Reflective Strips & Leash Hole

Dog Raincoat with Hood for Dry, Easy Rainy-Day Walks

Rainy days still need walks. This hooded dog rain jacket covers your dog's back, sides and neck with a waterproof polyurethane shell, so you spend less time toweling off wet, muddy fur when you get home.

What makes it practical

• Hood and stretchy neckline: the elastic collar opening slips over your dog's head and sits close around the neck, and the hood helps keep rain off the head and ears.
• Leash hole on the back: clip the leash to your dog's collar or harness through the opening on top, without lifting the coat.
• Reflective strips: bands along the sides reflect headlights and flashlights on dark, rainy evenings.
• Small pocket: a pocket on the back holds waste bags or a few treats.
• Water beads up and rolls off: the PU fabric sheds raindrops instead of soaking them up.
• Cape-style cut: the legs stay free, so your dog can walk, sit and take bathroom breaks normally.

How to choose the right size

Measure your dog before ordering:

• Back length: from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
• Chest: around the widest part of the rib cage, just behind the front legs.
• Neck: around the base of the neck, where a collar sits.

Use the chest measurement first. If your dog is between two sizes, pick the larger one. The manufacturer suggests leaving about 1 inch (2.5 cm) of extra room for comfort.

Measurements come from the manufacturer's size chart.

FAQ

How do I pick between two sizes?
Go by chest first, then check back length. When in doubt, choose the larger size so the coat does not pull across the shoulders.

Can my dog wear a harness under it?
Yes. The leash hole on the back lets you reach the collar or harness ring underneath.

Is it fully waterproof?
The PU shell is waterproof. Because the belly and legs are open, some water can still reach your dog in heavy, sideways rain.

Will it keep my dog warm?
It is a lightweight rain layer, not an insulated winter coat. On cold days, layer it over a sweater that fits underneath.
